LINGO-1

Leucine-rich repeat and immunoglobulin domain-containing, Nogo receptor-interacting protein (LINGO-1) has been shown to antagonize myelination of rodents, and its expression is elevated in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). So I wish to raise the following question:

Does LINGO-1 suppression lead to the recovery of PD patients?
