Huntingtin has been implicated in the pathogenesis of Huntington’s disease and hypothesized to be involved in intracellular vesicle transport . Assuming that huntingtin moves along the human microtubule, I wish to raise the following two questions:
1. Can we determine the stoichiometry and velocity of full-length human huntingtin using AFM in solution (at least in vitro and preferably in non-contact mode)?
2. What kind of vesicle(s) does it transport?
