Netrin binds to DCC and/or Unc5. So can we observe how human netrin-1 recruits receptors on human growth cone membrane (DCC, Unc5A, Unc5B, Unc5C, and probably Unc5D) to send either attractive or repulsive signal to the cytoskeleton using AFM in solution? DCC interacts directly with L-type Ca++ channel?

Addendum primum:

I have just noticed this paper.

Addendum secundum:

Netrin-1’s new receptor has been reported.

Addendum tertium:

C. elegans is as important as ever.
